The morning after his victory speech, George Washington finds himself in a different reality -- a place named Washington Park, in the year 2006, and accompanied by a wise cracking dog named Windsor. After a wild ride in a convertible with a pushy event organizer, and an encounter with a young girl who gives him a one-dollar-bill, he realizes that he was eventually elected President of the United States.
