Excavation at right side of spillway near sta. 7+00. Le Tourneau is removing material which has been bladed off of slope with motor-grader seen in Pine R - 268.
Looking upstream in spillway channel from right side at sta. 28+90. The vertical curve is approaching grade and at the bottom of the stilling basin in foreground is about 6 feet above grade. Shovel is excavating for right wing wall.
Looking downstream in spillway channel from sta. 7+00. Le tourneau in foreground is excavating material upstream from sta. 15+00. Placing of concrete walls can be seen below station 15+00.
