The view is to the South looking towards the east side of S. Broadway. Cline and Glenn Mortuary was located at 3270 S. Broadway. The Conoco gas station was at 3298 S. Broadway and Hoehn Chevrolet was at 3300 S. Broadway. Hoehn Chevrolet later became Burt Chevrolet around 1940.
The view is to the West. Highway 285 (Hampden) is on the left. Cinderella City is on the right and Elati Street is at the bottom. The photo was taken from the 1st National Bank building.
The view is to the South along Bannock Street. Hampden (Highway 285) runs from left to right. The Skerritt House can be seen on the left side of Bannock just south of Hampden (white two story).
The view is to the NW. Wyatts Cafeteria is in the center of the photo at the intersection of S. Elati and Girard. The roof in the foreground is the old City Hall and library building at 3400 S. Elati (now demolished). Cinderella City is to the left.
Building was originally built in the late 1800's and owned by Guild & Endner Lumber Co. Wise and Ferguson Lumber Company took over in 1919. It was located between S. Lincoln and S. Broadway at the Tramway loop. The picture is of the building being torn down in 1957.
The view is to the south on Broadway. The vacant lot on the left is the site of the present Post Office. Louthan Realty is located at 3342 S. Broadway.
The view is to the North looking toward the west side of S. Broadway. Ruckers Texaco Station was located at 3499 S. Broadway. The First National Bank was located at 3501 S. Broadway. The intersection is Hampden.
The view is to the North. The intersection on the right is Girard. Walgreens is located at 3395 S. Broadway. Fashion Bar is at 3365 and F. W. Woolworth is at 3335 S. Broadway.
The view is to the South from Floyd. Myer Drug Store was located at 3398 S. Broadway and Max Hessel's Standard Station was at 3395 S. Broadway. The intersection is Girard.
