The Dice Brothers completed this building in 1912. It was the third brick building erected in Eagle. The First National Bank of Eagle immediately moved in to the north part. The Hugus Mercantile Store occupied the first floor on the south side (this was later occupied as the H. W. Lewis Store). The upstairs was used as the Masonic Hall. 24) Cyrus Dice

Cyrus Dice, at right, and an unidentified man riding horseback at Brush Creek. Cyrus Dice ranched on Brush Creek for many years, moving to Eagle when he retired. He was married to Anna Norman until her death in 1949, and was then married to Imogene Lewis in 1957.

Agatha and Oscar Carlson, old time friends of the Dices, visiting from Denver. Fishing on Brush Creek was a favorite activity. They are standing on the porch of the cabin behind the Schlutter Place. Oscar is resting his right arm on Agatha's left shoulder while his left hand is propped on a broom handle.

The Schlutter Place (previously Frost Place) on Brush Creek, purchased by Fred and Helen Dice in spring 1950. The farmhouse had been remodeled. Sign reads, "Pair O Dice Mesa, Fred Dice, Joe Dice."
