As the Doll Brothers ranch grew in size, brothers Frank and Sam built this three-story flour mill, circa 1900. "Considered modern in its time, the mill ground all wheat produced in the area, putting out 80 barrels a day. The mill even imported wheat to grind. Terri Vroman portraying Lucy Doll during the Gypsum Cemetery Tour July 16, 2011. The tour was sponsored by the Town of Gypsum in celebration of Gypsum's Centennial, held July 9-17, 2011.
